If you are stuck or have a problem with a process, try explaining it out loud to someone or something that doesn’t respond. This is known as rubber ducking and was invented by Andrew Hunt and David Thomas.
Speaking the process out loud helps you identify issues or gaps.
Similar to Red-Teaming, it’s a way to explore issues.
It’s is mentioned briefly in The-bullet-journal-method-by-Ryder-Carroll-2018 as a way to Know-Yourself and is similar to Journaling
