r to overcome our various biases, one person in a meeting should be nominated to play devil’s advocate. They should offer the opposite ideas in order to challenge set ways of thinking.
- Similar to writing a negative poem of a poem to challenge it.
We should all enter every issue with the very real possibility that we might be wrong this time.
We won’t truly progress as individuals until we make an honest effort to understand those that are not like us
