In order to Be-Present and Avoid-Overstimulation, it is necessary to log off social media frequently. Social media is a distraction tool. I have lost hours mindlessly scrolling ,so is important to Reduce-distractions.

I set my phone to automatically block social media for most of the day and especially at night.
