Avoid Overstimulation

Overstimulation is the twitchy sick feeling of having too many tabs open at once. It’s not being able to sit alone with your thought for more than two minutes. It’s the endless scroll, the never ending pit of content.

Avoid it.

Instead Disconnect Frequently, Be Present and Be Bored. Try to Slow Down, look at Ways to Focus.
