Procrastination can be distraction from difficult feelings
Often when we find ourselves watching endless YouTube videos or doing what we shouldn’t be, it is because we are trying to avoid negative feelings. We might not want to write the poem because we are afraid it will be rubbish (Writers-Block) or we might not want to work because we are sad.
Remember Emotions-can-be-useful-information. The first step is to Be-Present and notice the feeling. Feel-the-fear-and-do-it-anyway
