Small Changes Add Up
Small changes often don’t feel like they have much impact. It’s easy to run for 1 minute but it won’t necessarily make you fitter.
These small changes accumulate and turn the trajectory upwards. They may also encourage you to turn the curve upwards.
Wish those ultramarathoners the best, then ignore them. Go small and go every day—or as close to every day as possible.
