It comes from thinking everyone else knows what they are doing, whereas no-one really does. In reality, Art-is-Play and mostly just messing around.
It can quickly lead to Writers-Block as you consider yourself unworthy or forget how to write. Focus instead on your Creative-Routine and growing as an artist. Focus-on-Process-not-the-end-goal.
