It comes from thinking everyone else knows what they are doing, whereas no-one really does. In reality, Art is Play and mostly just messing around.

It can quickly lead to Writers Block as you consider yourself unworthy or forget how to write. Focus instead on your Creative Routine and growing as an artist. Focus on Process not the end goal.
